Whenever i select a shinny poke as a boss reward i didnt get any poke shinny one is it is a bug or what i selected 2 rewards shinny one i didnt get any

 

It's not a guaranteed shiny, it's shiny chance.

 

The odds are doubled from the normal 1/8,192 to 1/4,096 if you select this option.
