Hello @Vangogsan. My apologies for the late response.

 

If you want to remove all the members and disband the guild, you can use the command /gkick <username> to remove every member, including Officers, whether they are online or not. If you simply want to demote them, then they will have to be online for you to be able to demote them.

Regarding your guild thread, do you still want that to be removed?
