denied add an npc spring brush color changer

       please add an npc to the event map who is able to change the color of spring brushes ( blue - green - yellow - red ) for daily artist Daniel quest

There are already the 4 Brushes you can get within Easter maps from different Pokémon. Your suggestion makes no sense.

the event is coming to end but there is no life to those you calling

Having to hunt on different spots in order to retrieve the spring brushes is the whole point of this repeatable quest.
If you could exchange the spring brushes, you could just keep hunting at one spot which defeats the quest's intention.
That's why I have to decline your suggestion.
