This is called the 15min rule, where if you have an offer 15mins before the End Point of your acution, the auction is extended for another 15mins. Please check the exampel given in the rule to understand it better.

 

Since Cyan got an offer at 6:25PM GMT+0, and the original end point was 6:26PM GMT+0, the auction was delayed to 6:40PM GMT+0, and so on. The last valid bid was from Manikandaravi, with a 450k bid at 6:42PM GMT+0, so the end point was extended to 6:57PM. 

 

None else bidded between 6:42PM and 6:57PM GMT+0, so he was winner.
