You can check the mailbox of the Donator character in Gold, My friend sent the coin capsule in there. He sent it by mistake, so I can't get it

Hello and sorry for the delay.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot comply with your request. You are able to get the item from your mailbox all on your own, without any need for Staff to get involved. Have your Silver character reach the 4th badge to unlock the use of the mailbox, retrieve the Coin Capsule and use it. The coin balance is shared by both characters, so you can open the Coin Capsule on Silver and extract the coins to Gold.
