wait how can u say he won after 2 minutes ? doesnt 15min rule apply , and also wasnt the bet after 10 hours from start ?

yes he won after 10 hrs and thats the problem, if u are aware that he was late why give him the poke, and also u needto wait 15min after last bid to end auction ...

my understanding was i can add 15min after the time it started, so i did but i should have waiter 15mins like you said which is my bad, now i know that each bet extended the duration by 15min and i should wait 15mins after each one
