I lvld my gligar normally till 97, the. I hold him razor fang and use rc X2 lvl 99 didn't evolved , then i faint him and revive him and lvl again lvl 100 and it didn't evolved , help me 3volve it please

Looks like your Gligar is holding a Dragon Fang, instead of a Razor Fang. This is why it’s not evolving.

If you do not have one, you can get one from wild Gligar who have a chance at holding them in the wild. You can use either Thief or Covet to steal the item, or catch the Gligar and it will come with the item equipped.
