I have caught this pokemon twice in two different locations and it doesnt get registered in dex. Idk if this is global problem or just my account. Question mark is kind of annoying!

I've noticed that too. I think it's the same for everyone.

The alolan forms won't show in pokedex, that's normal, but at least the route informations should be updated to show alolan marowak. The other alolan forms are displayed correctly at their spawns.

This happens due to limitations of the Pokédex. Any alternate forms of a Pokémon, such as Alolan forms, cannot be shown due to these limitations.

Hopefully, in the future, this will be changed and the Pokédex will be improved to include all Pokémon and their forms. Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done at the moment.
