You press the report button, to ask for a force. 

But you try to reach him, try contact him on forums, and in game (multiple times, for some days).

There was never mentioned the bidder's username, as such, the bid is invalid as the other bidders had no way to know which player was bidding on the pokemon (also the fact you didnt provide any evidence).
