Hoenn has new trees for headbutt. I know for sure that you can headbutt trees at route 101 and the only good poke I have found are murkrow. There may be more trees in hoenn but I dont know where.

just wondering but does the happiness of the pokemon using headbutt affect the spawn rate for pokemon such as chimchar
