I was playing when my internet connection went low and made my character "move too fast" apparently? Then promptly gave me a ban, I wasn't doing anything I wasn't suppose to

Dear @Brineyamoms, 

 

If you got banned from Speed Hack, the banned period will be short and may or may not happen because of a faulty detection since the detection is new.

I understand the frustration you feel, but please understand us. We are trying to make the game better.

In the future, you can press [F2] in-game and use command 'perf' then record your gameplay. It can be used as evidence if you ever get fault ban from Speed Hack.

 

You can make an appeal for unban here: Discipline Appeal.

** Please keep in mind that you have only one chance of appeal and the outcome is final **

 

Please do not discuss about banning on this sub-forum so I will proceed locking this thread.
