Hi, after talking to Officer Jenny in vermilion city the first time she asks to help her follow the two thieves, which I did. She then sends you to help Officer Jenny in Pinkan Island, which I did. I also gave the lv. 90 max happiness Scyther  and Electabuzz to the ranger. 
But still now, Officer Jenny in Vermilion has her name yellow (and not green like the other ones when you complete the quest) and she still asks me to follow the two thieves. Also the other NPCs still give me infos about them. 

 

What can I do? Is it a bug or did I missed something? 😞

The Officer Jenny in Vermilion City serves a different purpose from the other Officer Jenny's that give out bounties to players. The Vermilion City Officer Jenny is for the Pinkan Island quest. When this quest is completed, her name won't change color, like the Jenny's that offer bounties do.
