Invalid Username or Password

Featured Replies

I can't login. I tried uninstalling and downloaded it again, it didn't work. I tried changing my password to one without special characters and even without capital letters and it didn't work. I tried restarting my PC and it didn't work. And I tried any combination of those things, but nothing seems to work. I can log in here without any problems with any new password, but I can't get the game client to let me log in.

I get a pop up window saying:

Invalid Username or Password.

[Time] Logging in...

[Time] Executing handshake...

[Time] Trying server 1 RTT 33

[Time] Connecting to Silver

You might need to merge your account first.

You can do that on the Dashboard, there should be an option for that on the left side.

Once you successfully merged your account you should be able to login and if you still cant, make sure to reset your password once again.
