Really, no. The recommended levels for Johto Elite 4 is 90+, you'd also need 6 party members. Also I don't recommend two Gengars as you may find the battle with Karen to be difficult. Honestly try look on Smogon for some good movesets and strategies. If you did it with that team you might end up spending all your money on revives and potions. None the less, Good luck and have fun :Grin:

It's a pretty good team but needs improvement.

 

I used this team to beat easily Johto E4: dragonite and gyarados with dragon dance, Clefable with cosmic power, and I can't remember the other ones ;)
