I think it is completely fair. It makes it so certain mounts are only obtainable if you support PRO with a small donation.

It's not pay to win either as you can obtain an Arcanine mount via a quest and use in game coins to buy a bike.

By having non-tradable mounts other users know that you have donated to PRO. :P

I would rather have like untradable legendary mounts (suicune etc.) and tradable normal mounts though, but that's just me

You can. If you change the name in the URL of the donation, the coins that you would normally get, will be transfered to the name you wrote in the URL. Its like donating for someone else

I seen people buy coins all the time, just was not sure if the mount she needed was in the store. Pretty vague op..
