Hello,I wanna know what's happening.I can't connect to server,when i press login my screen freez about 4-5 seconds and than says that "Can not connect to server".

I wanna know if it's from me or server have's some issues

it means that the server isn't up, so please check server status occasionall.

Well i was checking don't mind that,but i dont know from what reason your system showed that blue server is still up,so :)

Hi, the red and blue is different server (which also different on physical hardware), so red offline is not mean blue must be offline. Hope it clear to you :Grin:

Okay sorry for my bad english. I will try to explain more detail as much as I can:

Server system is a storage device or computer dedicated to storing files. Any user on the network can access files on the server.

Red use one server system and Blue use another server system. Basically, it don't relate to each other.

Depending on the cause of the server issues, the status checker can be wrong... but this happens rarely. If the server experiences a normal crash, then the server status shows it as offline. If the server is deadlocked, then it appears to be online, but it's actually down.

 

Either way, the servers are good to go right now. Are you still experiencing an issue logging in?
