He made the shop and listed us both as sellers, my question is, Can I make the sell and post SS of transaction on my account to the forum, or must it be his since he created the shop/forum?

You can both operate out of the same thread, if you wish, however just ensure that when you list a sale, you specify clearly which account the Pokemon is being sold from. This helps both buyers organise a trade with you, but also helps TMODs in the even that you need their support.

To clarify, can post the trade window from your account if the trade occurred on your account.

 

As long as everything is crystal clear and clarified in an obvious manner, along with following the Trade and Auction rules, you're fine to continue.
