What have you done before the problem was there?

I had a lvl 60 sliggoo, lvl him up to lvl 61, while it was raining at blackthorn and he didnt evolved.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Asked in live chat to Solo and Jerry if they knew why that happened, they sadly didnt know why.

You can obtain goodra by trading with an npc in sevii island :)

I know bro, but i like to evolve my pokes from the start till the end. You know what i mean ? I understand this game is still in beta, so i gotta be patient and focus on something else ;).
