Heya, im encountering this problem.

 

well the fact is i have transferred to silver before from gold and vise versa, this has never happened to me before. 

i dont know if what i think is correct, but before if i had any blue or red accounts (before gold or silver existed) then i have to merge. 

But i never had any blue or red accounts to begin with. 


i never had this problem before for transferring, i saw this today

Can you also talk me through the exact steps you took in order and in as much detail as possible?

In the Dashboard page, we get this merge message, but I didn't play on red/blue server. 

I think Chitti just mix up this "merge" with server transfer.

 

Here is mine issue.

As they have shown, I clicked - click here and this msg popped up
