On which server issue happened: RED

 

What have you done before the problem was there?

I pretty much did nothing as I'm new to the game. I was able to reach lvl 9 for my Charmander and then I got disconnected.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Tried whats suggested on the FAQ. Relaunched and I was again prompted to create a character.

Both servers are down. Just be patient

Hi, RED and BLUE server has different saving data, so I surely you login the wrong server. So make sure you check right server before login. For saving game, you will need to relog for force save and server both up now. Hope it help you :Shy:

Description and Message

 

I noticed sometimes when it disconnects me from server and doesn't put me back into que when the servers are up and working that I have to exit the client completely, right click and run it as administrator in order for it to load me into que.

Same for me it says blues online but cant log in.

Both server down now ... Normally, "can not connect server" mean server time out or go down
