Hoenn release? I thought it was just a legend. On a more serious note, Arnie the problem I find with 2 weeks waiting for bosses is that boss are not fun or have anything worth waiting, exept the rewards. In world of warcraft we wait 1 week for raids, but they're fun, time taking, they need strategy, "teamplay". At least you wait for something else than rewards only.

bullet punch is a really good, since it's a priority, and anti fairy. And in my opinion this attack is "mandatory" if you want to make a bulky scizor you can put roost, Defog is a good option if you don't have a rapid spinner/defog already. Swords dance for a sweeping scizor Knock off : cause it's always good Superpower, depends on what type of coverage you need I know this ain't a moveset, but it really depends on what you want to make with your scizor.

just one thing, maybe a bad pc is enough to run bioshock infinite, but just to emulate a 3Ds you need a 3000 euro computer with the most recent of CPU. Since 3D models are from 3Ds' games maybe you'll understand it's not as easy as it sounds

Well, I understand, I just think there shouldn't be in-fight advantage for high level. Maybe just 5% xp for a max level would already be good for people who do daycare shop, or lots of training

I like your ideas, but the reward would be game breaking, and anti-sinkhole, there shouldn't be an item to toggle off wild pokemon spawns. The reward that doubles EVs, or buff your pokemon stats would unbalance the game, and make the farming way too fast. the 10% chance to have a pokemon with 2 31 IVs would also be anti sinkhole since you won't have to use much pokeballs before getting an epic pokemon, and even epic pokemon will become worthless. And all the anti-status buff would unbalance the whole game, and make status worthless. I like the concept of a trainer level, and a guild level and dungeon. But not in a way that would totally break the game like your suggestions

You only find people with the same rank as you, but if you click "join pvp" as the same time as someone else you will fight that someone even if he has a different rank

I have to agree with pokemon1102, the pvp meta at the moment is 4 or more tank, and stall out the game during 30 minutes, I think what's needed is more wallbreaker item, such as life orb
