Is there a reason you dont post an ETA when servers are down?

Server stability is something they are working on. The ETA for the server coming back up can always vary, it could be 5 minutes or 2 hours. Patience is a virtue!

Reason behind that we cannot give an ETA on when the server crashes and when it will be rebooted is because crashes are at random, impossible to detect or giving a heads up prior to it. The server requires an admin or a developer ranked staff member in order to issue a reboot, given the fact that our staff members also have their lives and might not be available 24/7 to reboot the server, sometimes it can take hours to reboot a server or minutes. hope that clears things out.

red server has been down for over 2h30 for me.... im a sad panda :(

in the official page say the red server is on but when i try to enter the game throught me a menssage saying ¨can not connect to the server¨ my question is it on?
