    Thanks for the patience, and sorry for the time taken to deal with this. Unfortunately, it took quite a bit of time to gather all the logs necessary, and we are also having a staff shortage which makes us deal with things slower than normal.

     

    Any way, I have removed 700 Super Potions from your account and refunded you 490.000 Pokedollars.
