Hi  to all pro staff

I am suffering in game in zapdos

I started zapdos quest

I did battles with moltres zapdos and Lawrence iv and won but I forgot to obtain the zapdos electric orb and left the place then I obtained the articuno orb..

When melody told me to get 1 more orb I tried to go to obtain the electric orb but I can't go there anymore I also tried with cloud nine golduck but still I can't. I also can't leave the shamouti island. Please help me..
