Essentials checklist:

  1. 1 liter bottle of water. Stay hydrated!
  2. Coffee or tea. Helps you stay awake and soothes you. Green tea is amazing.
  3. Chargers. Don't want to run low on batteries.

 

 

Don't forget to take 10 minute breaks each hour. Stand up and walk around for a bit. Open your window and let some fresh air in.
