Client "Can't connect to the server" EVER

Basically I just switched my old Laptop to a new one with Windows 10 and higher graphics and ever since I couldn't run pokemon pro, I've already missed a tournament, which I was organizing and a lot of events and quality time with my pokemon. The Issue is as follows everything runs normally upto "Connecting to server" then it lags for a while then "Can't connect to the server", just as if the servers are down but in reality they aren't, I've been facing this issue for over 1 week. I think this issue could be because the client is incompatible with windows 10 or any other issue. I hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible, I have a mew that has been starving for a week and a mitotic that misses my Love. :Shocked:
