took the lapras to far away island, tried to switch my synch poke to the first slot

pressed resync button, pressed alt-enter, closed client,

im at far away island and cant switch pokemons in my party before battling mew. going to the pokecenter would probably fix this issue but i dont know if i can come back. i need an accurate answer, preferably from staff.

This issue should've been fixed by now.
