Hello, I registered a couple of minutes ago and can't log in. I know 100% for certain the password and username are the same (since I can log into my dashboard) and spelled/caps-locked correctly.

 

I'm not sure how to proceed from here.

In case your password contains any kind of special characters, make sure to reset it while only using normal letters and numbers.
