Why i face lower rank opponent when i set 300 rank minimum ?

That setting determines how big the rating difference between you and your opponent can be downwards, it doesnt work upwards or as a minimum rating of an opponent.

So you wont face opponents with a rating lower than 36 since your rating is 336 and the set difference is 300.
