What have you done before the problem was there?

The game crashed and stopped working when I was battling Jessie. It was at the first turn as soon as the battle begin, I was not able to even make a move before this crash. As soon as I went back into the game I was rollbacked all the way to cerulean where I bought the pikachu lvl 100 needed for the battle. I thought I was safe and that I could battle them because the battle rollbacked too. But apparently not, once I came back Jessie and James was gone. Please let me battle them again.

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I dont think there is much I could do to solve it myself. I dont usually get "the program has stopped working" and randomly got one now.

Hope I am able to battle them again before 2 weeks, it is a bit too much for me.

I know you will never want to hear this, however

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsbility. Please take the time to read the following thread https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=88&t=7881#p48834

So sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case. You will need to wait next 2 weeks
