Some people also had low bidoofs because they couldn't be in Sinnoh best spots,there should be at least one world quest poke good spot on each region,so no matter who you are and where you are in the story,you can do the World Quest fully without being restricted,i had like 400+ bidoofs and i haven't farmed 10h,probably around 5 hours.

I just feel that if you completed your 0.5% contribution the cultist should provide you with a mysterious ticket after your submissions otherwise it doesn't feel fair that my individual effort went to waste based on a lack of time or a incomplete criteria of IVS that haven't been met to due unforseen reasons or lack of other players contributions towards the completion of the World Quest.
