My chansey can't evolve into blisey even though it has maxed friendship, can you help me?

It can't evolve into blissey because it's level is 100. Try using "Mysterious Ticket", but I prefer u to use it without evolving and give eviolite to it. Have a good day

Hello. 

 

Just to clear it up, Mysterious Candy does not trigger happiness evolutions. To evolve level 100 Pokémon that evolve through happiness, we must simply reduce some happiness by having it faint against a wild Pokémon, then raise it to the maximum of 255 to trigger the evolution prompt.

If that does not work, reduce the happiness again by having it faint against a wild Pokémon, heal it up at a Pokémon Center, and take it to the Pokémon Groomers and raise the happiness with them and it should prompt the evolution.

If neither of those work, please let me know and we will investigate further.
