August 9, 20241 yr Hi, my idea is very simple: The thing i want the most in a server is the action house, so i would gladly donate extra(not related to points we get in game) to make it happen faster(with the budget, could hire someone to make the improvement). So it would be awesome to have a "to-do" list and how much money would take to do it, and give us the option to donate directly to a improvement that we really look foward to
August 13, 20241 yr -1 I don't believe something like that is allowed / legal on a game like PRO. PRO is already in a gray area and something like that could put it in a risky area. Something like that would also put the game on a "Pay-to-Win" scale and we don't want that.
August 14, 20241 yr It's not a pay to win if everyone benefits from it. Also, it will still be in the legally grey area as long as the 'sponsor' doesn't earn anything back. WE WERE HERE! IGN Silver: Vatevuoktliek IGN Gold: Dakrakboy Discord: dakrakboy
August 20, 20241 yr -1 First of all, an Auction House is not needed in the game at all. Auction Houses have a VERY high chance to completely ruin the market and basically destroy the entire game. Adding an Auction House into an nearly 10years old running game simply isn't a good idea. On the other note, "hiring" someone with the donations of the community isn't the brightest idea either. There is a solid reason Staffs are volunteers.

For me, its incredibly useful and a great quality of life improvement, so i would like to "rush" this implementation. It makes absolutely no sense to say that it will ruin the market, since we already can trade pokemons, it is just a much worse experience than it could be. This extra difficulty in trade is not what makes the market stable.

September 1, 20241 yr This is a free to play game and staff are volunteering to do the best they can for us to have the best experience. Staff are hard working constantly and there are different teams for different areas of the game. Sometimes one team maybe depend and needs to wait some other team before they can proceed about something. When they need more people they open their applications depending what they need. PRO isn't supposed to be some career but instead no profit volunteering. There isn't any need for a payment to hire someone else. Edited September 1, 20241 yr by Lugario

This extra difficulty in trade is not what makes the market stable. There is a massive difference between an auction house and the current trading chat/forum auctions we have. Auction houses are notorious for ruining entire markets, if not entire games. Auction houses have to be implemented basically perfectly to not ruin games. Implementing them into a nearly 10years old running economy also can lead to massive issues real quick. Also, having to interact with the seller/buyer helps the game as well. Especially for a game with such a "small" community, in comparison to other really big MMO games like WoW, it is needed. There are also some other issues which come along with an auction house, however I will not disclose those here since they shouldn't be a topic at all to begin with.
