Hey Im a new player and i have been stack. so yesterday I lost to Jackson at the school and thinking its over I just tried to go furter with the story. today i figuered out i have to actually do something about it so i learned i need to get advised by the receptionist to bring jacksons parents. I went back to do this and the receptionist jasta greeted me saying nothing about jackson. i went to talk with the basement npc then back to the receptionist same again just "hello....". so i go to his house and his mother just told me to say she misses him. Im stuck and from what i have searched i cant find a solution myself! So pls help xD (here are the photos of what i am experiencing https://imgur.com/a/XEZPXGc )

You see, if you happen to loose to Jackson at this point of the story, you will have to speak to the receptionist inside the school close to the entrance and then go back to Pallet Town to speak to Jackson's Mom (who's in the house to the right of your house in Pallet Town). Once you do, you can go back to the school and you should then be able to progress further.

Additionally, before or after trying these steps, do try heading to Route 2 just to see what happens. Should you not have resolved your issue yet, kindly try to take a screenshot of the dialogue and link it so we can further look into it.
