hei, I bought a nature reroll ticket and when I went to use it, it didn't appear as options and my ticket even disappeared. I just bought it using my pve coins.

According to our records, you purchased a Reroll Ticket from the PvE Shop on the 7th of October. There is no history of you purchasing a Nature Reroll Ticket in recent times. 
 

I believe you are misremembering what you purchased or made a mistake while buying it.

Yes, I bought the nature rerol which is the cheapest, and when I bought it my coins were low, if you do the math I had a lot more coin points. If you could refund me the value in currency of the nature rerol I would appreciate it.

As stated, you purchased a Reroll Ticket(IV), not a Nature Reroll Ticket.

There is no history of you purchasing a Nature Reroll Ticket from any PvE Shop, so we cannot restore or refund that. You've since traded away both Reroll Tickets, so even if that were a mistake, we cannot restore that either, since it is no longer in your possession.

I know that this item got bigger tickets IV, I replaced it with a Pokémon, but I'm sure it had a nature reroll, so I'm sorry anyway
