I just bought it using my pve coins. There is no history of you purchasing a Nature Reroll Ticket in recent times. I believe you are misremembering what you purchased or made a mistake while buying it. Hope that clears things up. There is no history of you purchasing a Nature Reroll Ticket from any PvE Shop, so we cannot restore or refund that.
