hello i have completed hoen and i am at lilicove lighthouse with 6 100 pokes but there is no npc to speak. a lot of years ago i had completed the quest to travel to sinoh but then i didnt travel.. so i think something is buged

Hello i have made a post  a month ago but with no reply.. i have all the recuirements but something is malfuctioning with the script, so at lilicove lighthouse there is no npc to speak and i cannot complete the quest to go to sinoh.. please someone to restart my quest or something.. a long of time has passed with no answer please help to resolve this

Paul should be standing just outside the Lighthouse in Lilycove City. Could you provide a screenshot showing that he does not appear for you?

It may be that you've already started the quest, so Paul is currently not there.

Try going to Oldale Town and/or Littleroot Town and see if you spot any Team Galactic members. If you do, that means you have already started the quest, but have not finished it.
