Hidden candies i've met:

Viridian Forest (near a Maze's entrance)

Route 12 (near grass under pokeball)

Route 17 (in the middle where Cue Ball Corey is)

Route 27 (under NPC who stands near water)

Cerulean Cave 1F (near the "Icy Rocks")

Olivine City (In a laying tree pile on the mountain (right from PC))

Violet City (behind Gym's sign)

Mt.Silver 2F (not sure exactly where)

Well you should attach the pictures because the candy near Viridian maze is not visible (behind the tree)
