i dont really understand what your question is. if you are asking if its good i would say yes for story and no for pvp.

Those IV's are amazing. I'd recommend you to check this web page: https://www.psypokes.com/dex/stats.php. Play with the stats and try to find a good combination! You can also try to sell it :Grin:

The iv's are actually perfect for Gyarados but the nature really lets it down.

It good for storyline but a little useless for pvp because Gyarados needs adamant.

Regarding your question. You got 2 choices there:

1. Keep it. Train it and use it as PVE poke to progress trough maps and the content.

2. Sell it. PVP wise the nature is not suitable, a big difference for certain pokes so even good IVs won't help. I wouldn't recommend Nature: Bold for the current meta.

Even though nature is bad , your IVs are really good. Try to get him EV trained in speed and spatk/atk and he will be very strong for PvE.
