I have over 200hrs in Hoenn and have complete pokedex till hoenn (Except legendaries). Have attached the images showing my total hours (I checked hoenn hours from Birch also). But still the guy is not allowing me to enter.

1. Seen Jirachi

2. Battled Latias and Latios

3. Battled Rayquaza

4. Have the regi's seen data (can be seen in the screenshot)

 

Please help me on what am I missing.

It worked, stupid me did read that lv 100 team is required
