I SUBMIT A TAUROS TO FAMER WOOD IN ROUTE 102 (FOR GALLADITE), THEN HE ASK ME FOR RALTS WHICH TOTAL IVS SHOUD BE MORE THAN 110 , THEN I SUBMITTED IT AND THEN I REALISED THAT TO EVOLVE RALTS INTO GALLADE NATURE SHOULD BE MALE AND NOW I AM NOT ABLE TO SUBMIT ANYOTHER RALT . WALLY IS ASK FOR THE RALTS THAT I SHOWED TO FAMER WOOD EVOLVED IN GALLADE . WHAT SHOULD I DO HELP ME PLEASE

Try find another ralts/gallade but male and train it then battle wally. You dont have to battle with submitted ralts, just gallade/garde with ur OT

Indeed, the solution for you here would be to catch another male Ralts with a total of 110 IVs or more, then submit it again to the NPC Wally to start the battle with him. This should allow you to proceed with the rest of the quest. More information on the quest here if needed.
