I have some questions after the happy update i saw. 

First do we have fixed spawn area or it will change if we vote ? 

Second is if we have fixed one , it will change every month ( as events maps ) , and if we vote for it for change , do we have in prowiki update for the spawn ? 

And last , will we be able to go there with mysterios tickets ?

The spawns are fixed and the rotation remains non-functional.

The spawns will change occasionally from time to time without a set duration. I am not sure for the wiki but the Reborn bot will always be updated with new spawns, it may need some time after an update first though.

There were no changes regarding that, so yes you can still enter Guild Island that way.
