Hi, I was trying to get my celebi, but I can't affrod that becouse of:

I have all seen, catch and evo data up to tyranitar. Scientist Rey don't allow me to fifgt Ho-oh.

 

What can I do now?

Looks like everything is alright with my legendary dogs data in dex. Whole issue must be casued by NPC Rey - he doesn't allow me to fight with Ho-Oh.

Bump - I checked my lengads data in Prof.Oak Lab - nothing changes form, I still can't find Ho-oh at the top of the Tower.
