Red is off for like 24 hours + and its kinda annoying at least for me that i cant enter Tr. Valley while i meet the requirements cause of that.. someone told me that it will be fixed after the reboot but still nothing.. either fix it or allow us to enter the Tr valley (to the ppl that only need to beat red to enter)..

You need to defeat Red again after the fix, to get access to Trainer Valley.

actually there not much to do in trainer valley aside from tree headbutting and the tm seller there, pokemons in grass and water are available in other parts from kanto and johto, you are not missing too much :)
