Hi, I just had a match where a players Mega scizor out speed my Choice Scarfed Timid Xatu. 

Yipman2 is the account in question. Turn 1 he outspeeds and OKO with Knocks off before Xatu is able to Trick room

Edit: Another match, a mega Heracross was able to use rock blast before choice scarf Xatu Timid could use trick room. I dont understand how this is happening.

Trick Room has a Priority of -7. Therefore it will always be used last. Your Xatus speed won't matter in this case.
