I've just asked someone and I guess you are right. Once it is in the forum, the 15 minute rule applies.

hello He1mao2. I'm still clarifying with the mods if the 15 minute rule automatically applies to every auction, even if not stated in the main post. If it is not, then grabarz is the winner. If it is , then your bid is counted.

bro my bid i s earlier than the 15min so i think i can win all time but i dont know i win for 10.5m or 11.1m
