The confusion seems to stem from your attempt to waive the 15-minute rule.

Please keep in mind that the 15-minute rule applies to every forum auction and cannot be waived by the auctioneer under any circumstances. 

While @He1mao2's offer would have been valid, as it fell within the extended 15-minute window, in-game bids are only recognized from the time they are posted on the forum.

 

Since @He1mao2's bid was posted exactly at the minute the auction ended, it is unfortunately invalid.

Understood. Thank you Ruhm for the resolution of the issue. I'll proceed with the transaction with Grabarz. I'll do my best to not repeat this blunder in the future.
