Kumell Posted May 22, 2016 Share Posted May 22, 2016 Sorry if this is in the wrong forum: I have checked 4 of the 5 places for the subway quest, the last place I need to check is victory road, however when I try to get there, two guards block me and say I need all 8 badges??
