start after 1st bid means specific bids for pokes if not selling on bundle

@Refandra As Suncity has mentioned, the start time of both Zoroark and Lopunny was after Skarmory. 

The end point on these 2 pokemons was 48hrs after the first bid was made (for each one of them. since this wasn't a bundle auction). With that said the official end Point was 27/5 5:39PM GMT+1, making @Suncity the rightful winner.

 

I have made the following adjustments to fix the final outcome:

 

@Refandra I have removed 12.5m, and then added 220k and 26CC's were added to your account

@Suncity 12.7m (26cc's +220k) and  were removed and both Lopunny and Zoroark were added

@Xinyo123 12.5m were added back, and both pokemons removed.

 

@Refandra You have been punished for poorly managing this auction. Next time, I recommend you to call for our assistance, if you aren't 100% sure on who the winner might be.
