you need to dig with a grass pokemon so that you can get a grass crystal, after you get that that npc will tell you a number. after finishing the puzzle normal way you take away the crystal on that number and put in the grass crystal, the place you took the grass crystal would be the place for the hidden room so dont forget that place, after you dig there you'll be in the hidden room.
